For manufacturer exchanges, the following must be considered:

Product in perfect condition: must not have been used, must keep the label attached to its original packaging, be sealed, and include its corresponding accessories.

Considerations for withdrawals and returns

The product must be in perfect condition, with the label attached, in its original sealed packaging, and with its corresponding accessories. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept or collect it.

If the purchase is returned for reasons other than a defect, the refund will be made, using the same payment method used to purchase the product, only the amount of the product, but not the shipping cost.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping will be made by the method you indicate and with payment at the destination.

International Shipping

International shipping will be made by postal mail, or by the method of your choice, and shipping costs will be quoted according to the chosen model
