National shipments

Domestic shipments will be made by the means you indicate and in a payment-on-delivery format.

International Shipping

International shipments will be made by postal mail, or by the means you prefer, and shipping costs will be quoted according to the chosen model.

For producer changes it should be considered.

Product in perfect condition: must not have been used, keep the label attached to its original packaging, be sealed, and include its corresponding accessories.

Considerations for withdrawals and returns

The product must be in perfect condition , with the label attached, in its original sealed packaging , and with its corresponding accessories. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept or collect it.

If the purchase is returned for reasons other than a fault, only the amount of the product will be refunded to the same payment method with which you purchased it, but not the shipping cost .
